Usui Reiki
All lessons are taught in English or Cantonese.
Usui Reiki Level 1 (Shiki Ryoho Reiki)
Usui Reiki Level 1 marks the beginning of your Reiki journey.
This is the traditional course founded by Mikao Usui in the early 20th century. In this course, you will learn the history of Reiki, the principles of Reiki, what is Reiki, and how to use it.
You will receive information about the main chakra system, and hand positions of self healing will be taught and demonstrated.
One attunement will be given. This opens up the channel for you to use the basic level of the Reiki energy.
You shall do the self healing exercises and work on yourself for 21 days before moving on to Level 2.
