For legal purposes all information given in this website and courses sold are for entertainment purposes.
Please note that you must be over 18 years old to purchase from this website.

Please note that Reiki and any other systems on this website are complimentary and will work in conjunction with any medicinal treatments you may be receiving, but they are not to replace a medical consultation. If you are suffering or feeling unwell, please always contact a licensed medical practitioner.

We do not diagnose conditions, nor do we prescribe medication or interfere with a medical treatment. If you are currently taking any medication prescribed by your medical professional, please do not stop taking it without a medical professional’s advice. If you have any concerns regarding your medical treatment condition please consult your doctor. We do not accept any responsibility if you choose to treat yourself with Reiki, or with the products and services provided here in this academy.

The information contained in this website is for information purposes only and therefore Basteria Heart Reiki Academy will not be held responsible for any actions taken as a result of the information provided on this website. We accept no responsibility for any loss or damages caused as a direct or indirect result of the use or misuse of any information contained on this website or through our courses and attunements.

Reiki healing / Energy healing / Sound healing are frequently referred to throughout the website and in our courses. No actual medications are prescribed or involved in these processes. Reiki or energy healing theory based on stimulating life force energy on each individuals and results and outcomes could vary greatly; Basteria Heart does not guarantee results. The courses and services are offered as tools to help in healing process. When decided to take a course, receive an attunement from us, accepting services you agree that it is solely your decision to receive them as complimentary and you understand there will be no guaranteed results.

You may not use the courses / services we offered for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, you may not violate any laws related to the materials we provided, including copyright laws.

We are not responsible if information provided on this site is not accurate or complete. The material provided on this site is for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions on taking the course or receiving the services we offered.

We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, including prices for our courses and services.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of our courses and services offered.

The certificates will be issued when you have completed the course, either through class or self study course. If you’ve applied for a self study course, it will be issued when you have sent an email confirmation to us that you have completed the course. Note that the two certifications will be different, stating which course you’ve taken.

For self study course, if the course contents have been provided to you through a google drive link in email, you will need to download them. Access to the link will be removed after 2 weeks.
You will need to pay in full for the course before we send you the course materials and the attunements.
Due to the nature of your purchase ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds are applicable.

You agree to provide accurate information, including necessary health conditions before using our services.
A very simple form is required to fill in to make sure the services provided is safe and accurately.

Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

All manuals are in English.
All courses and services are priced in HKD.
